Who we are

What we collect

When you join our list we collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your WhatsApp number, the country you will travel from, when you plan to visit and the services you are interested in. We also record the language of the page, the page address you came from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which of our channels reached you.

Why we use it

Only to contact you personally about planning your visit to Tetouan, and to understand which of our channels work. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other companies, except the partners who deliver a service you ask us to book, and only with your agreement. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@ukhticare.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
